Refund Policy
01Nature of Digital Products
All products offered through the Site are digital downloads, including but not limited to templates, toolkits, policy documents, checklists, and other electronic materials (collectively, “Products”). Because digital products are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase, they are inherently non-returnable.
02General No-Refund Policy
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund based on a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to review the product description prior to purchase.
03Exceptions — Technical Delivery Failures
We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives the Product(s) they have purchased. If you experience a verifiable technical failure that prevents you from accessing or downloading a purchased Product, you are entitled to the following remedies:
- We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue and redeliver the Product by an alternative method within a reasonable timeframe;
- If we are unable to successfully deliver the Product after reasonable efforts, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important: To report a technical delivery issue, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase date, providing your order number and a description of the issue encountered.
04Duplicate Purchases
If you have inadvertently purchased the same Product more than once, you may request a refund of the duplicate charge by contacting us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the duplicate transaction. We will verify the duplicate purchase against our order records and, upon confirmation, issue a refund for the duplicated charge. Refund eligibility for duplicate purchases is at our sole discretion.
05Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take payment integrity seriously and actively defend against fraudulent or improper chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer without first contacting us to seek resolution in accordance with this Policy, the Company reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke your license to access and use all purchased Products;
- Permanently suspend or terminate your account;
- Contest the chargeback through your financial institution and provide evidence of the purchase, product delivery, and these terms; and
- Seek recovery of any costs incurred as a result of the improper dispute.
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute, as we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns in a fair and timely manner.
06Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval. We are not responsible for any delays in posting that are caused by your financial institution. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the same payment method as the original transaction.
